Stretcher Transportation
Trip-Ledger coordinates non-emergency stretcher rides for families, caregivers, facilities, and care teams across the Richmond region. We help organize the request, timing, route expectations, and local operator fit before a ride is scheduled.
Stretcher rides may be requested for discharge transportation, facility transfers, appointments, post-procedure travel, or other non-emergency trips where a wheelchair or standard seat is not appropriate.
We review the general trip need, service area, timing, vehicle fit, and communication flow with the person arranging the ride.
Facilities can use familiar NEMT terminology. Families can describe the practical need in plain language, and Trip-Ledger will guide the next step.
We coordinate in Richmond, Henrico, Chesterfield, Hanover, and surrounding Central Virginia communities. Longer regional trips can be reviewed with a coordinator before scheduling.
